Terms and Conditions for Retail Sales


Sales Policy

The order placed by the customer will be processed after the confirmation of the full payment made by the customer. Your orders will be shipped to you in 12~48 hours for items in stock in most cases. Please be patient and send us emails whenever you have questions in mind. We are more than happy to help you. The prices are final, except for discounted order and wholesales order.

The item will be labeled as a "gift" and declared at the lowest nominal market price as this is our assumption for shipping purposes. Please let us know if you would intend otherwise. This lowest market price is based on the manufacturing origin and might not be reflective of how much the item will cost you should you buy it in your local market. Should you need a commercial invoice please e-mail us after you have bought an item.

Delivery policy

It is customer's responsibility to enter the correct address details at the time of placing the order. The estimated delivery time is 5-11 working days. The estimated delivery time would vary by countries and service providers. Please be noted that it is the estimated time only which may vary time to time. If you would like to confirm the availability of the product(s) before placing your order, please contact us. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us immediately if the product(s) did not arrive. When we ship the order, the customer needs to be home to sign for the delivery. Please be noted that the order will not be delivered to PO Box address for that reason. If the customer him/herself is not present at the time of the delivery, whoever at the given delivery address is presumed to be the authorised person to receive the product(s). Once the product(s) is received, it is the sole responsibility of the customer if they are damaged or lost.

You may have refunds for some losses or damages caused by the late delivery caused solely by us; it will be assessed case by case and we reserve the right for making final decision. Any missing delivery or damaged product(s) in transit will be assessed by us and processed accordingly. Where we can not be excluded, such liability is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased. If you receive a product which is damaged in transit, please reject the delivery on the spot and contact us immediately. If received, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure the product(s) is well packaged in the original box without missing of any parts or further damage.


Warranty policy

We warrant to the customer that our product(s) will be repaired or replaced free of charge for defects in materials and workmanship only which are affecting normal use for the warranty period from the invoice date unless specified otherwise. Our warranty service offerings do not include any damage or fault due to misuse, abuse, neglect, transportation, accident, environmental conditions, or such kind. Any costs involved in repairing product(s) for such reasons other than any reasons which can be warranted by us are subject payable by the customer. The freight cost is not covered by the warranty for both customers in Australia and outside of Australia. Please contact us if you need any further information or assistance.
